Do I Need A Lawyer?

Posted by Charlie Donahue | Feb 17, 2016 | 0 Comments

It depends on the case.
Here is a universal rule: It is smart to consult an injury lawyer, to see if you have a case. Don't—for one second—listen to anybody who says you can save money by doing it yourself.

Injury law is a specialty.
You wouldn't ask a podiatrist to perform open heart surgery, right?

Most lawyers know little, to nothing, about injury law. And, frankly, there are many areas of the law where I hire lawyers to help me. When I have real estate, corporate, municipal, or estate planning questions, I hire a specialist.

Likewise, it is wise for injury victims to talk with an experienced injury lawyer soon after any personal injury.

The insurance company hires experienced people to represent its interests, you should have the same in your corner. It's all about fairness and a level playing field.

There is too much on the line with your financial security and future not to do it right. And, you only get one shot at Justice.

I offer free consultations.
You could be leaving hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands of dollars on the table by trying to save legal fees.

As Benjamin Franklin advises, don't be penny- wise and pound foolish.

In those situations where an injury victim is able to handle a claim on their own, I give free advice and give helpful information on strategy.

Do you need a lawyer?
Let's talk about your case—I will know.

Take good care of yourself and feel free to call me.
